Accenture is seeking a Jira Service Management practitioner to lead the platform layer of transformation, designing workflows, automation, and integrations that transform service chaos into scalable delivery. You will work with Agile consultants and client stakeholders to understand how work flows, then build tooling that makes better ways of working stick.

This role applies AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and productivity across enterprise services.
