Job summary

Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to govern the HR Shared Services Jira intake process, coordinating with Process Owners, HR Service Center leaders, and System Owners to assess requests, prioritize work, and plan timelines for new projects and HR system enhancements.

You will serve as Scrum Master for Agile work, manage blockers, support data quality and reporting in Jira, and drive cross-functional HR projects with governance materials and AI-assisted efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project management experience in large IT or HR projects.
• Strong Jira knowledge and experience with Jira workflows.
• Experience coordinating across business and technical teams.
• Certified Scrum Master or demonstrated Scrum facilitation.
• Ability to develop process maps and governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Govern the HR Shared Services Jira intake process, partnering with Process Owners, Strategic Project Managers, HR Service Center leaders, and System Owners to assess requests, support prioritization, align resources, and develop timelines for new projects, HR Service Center work transfers, and HR system enhancements.
• Support the implementation and ongoing management of Jira intake workflows, including backlog management, data quality, reporting, and user adoption.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives, while managing blockers and supporting consistent Agile practices.
• Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and process improvement initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, requirements, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate prioritization and resource planning discussions, balancing competing business needs with available capacity and delivery timelines.
