Trilyon, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead HR technology and shared services initiatives. You will manage projects from intake through execution across HR teams, technology stakeholders, and business partners.

The role requires PMP certification, strong JIRA experience, and proven ability to coordinate resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables. This position supports organizational improvement and governance of HR projects.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• Strong JIRA experience or equivalent PM tool.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination.
• Experience in HR, HRIS, HR Technology, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services.

Responsabilités

• Govern the HR Shared Services JIRA intake process.
• Partner with HR process owners, Strategic Project Managers, HR Service Center leaders, and HR System Module Owners.
• Assess incoming requests and support project prioritization.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate requirements and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and process maps.
• Prepare governance materials and project tracking tools.
• Create a monthly HR Technology summary covering completed enhancements and the forward-looking project pipeline.
• Support HR system enhancements and transitions of work into the HR Service Center.
