Responsibilities

Govern the HR Shared Services Jira intake process, partnering with Process Owners, HR leaders, and System Owners to assess requests and develop timelines.
Support the implementation and ongoing management of Jira intake workflows including backlog management, data quality, reporting, and user adoption.
Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives, while managing blockers and supporting Agile practices.
Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and process improvement initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, requirements, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Facilitate prioritization and resource planning discussions to balance business needs with capacity and timelines.
Develop and maintain project documentation, process maps, governance materials, and other tools to support consistent execution and stakeholder alignment.
