Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a Jira Administrator to support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Atlassian Jira platform. The role collaborates with stakeholders, project teams, Scrum teams, and IT to ensure Jira meets organizational needs.

The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of Agile methodologies, issue tracking, workflow management, and user support. This position is suited for someone early in their Atlassian administration career who wants to expand Jira

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years related experience in Java VM performance tuning.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary liaison between AMS and SES departments.
• Coordinates maintenance of middleware with OS and hardware requirements.
• Monitors, reports, and analyzes metrics for availability and performance.
• Maintains documentation describing the service environment.
• Troubleshoots and provides production support across platforms.
