Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a Jira Administrator to support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Atlassian Jira platform. You will work with stakeholders, project teams, Scrum teams, and IT personnel to ensure Jira runs effectively and meets organizational needs.

The ideal candidate has a foundation in Agile, issue tracking, and workflow management, with room to grow in Jira configuration, automation, reporting, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience and JVM performance tuning experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact between AMS and SES departments.
• Coordinate maintenance of middleware with OS and hardware requirements.
• Define system topology for enterprise services and middleware.
• Monitor performance to meet availability and performance targets.
• Provide production support across platforms and contribute to DR guidelines.
