Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a Jira Administrator to join our IT team and manage the Atlassian Jira platform. You will configure, customize, and maintain Jira to support agile teams, reporting, and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience with JVM performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary liaison between AMS and SES.
• Coordinates maintenance of middleware with OS and hardware requirements.
• Defines system topology for enterprise services and middleware services.
• Monitors, reports, and analyzes metrics for availability and performance.
• Provides production support and disaster recovery planning and guidance.
