• Experience with Jira Data Center and cloud migrations.
• Proficiency in JQL, scripting tools (Scriptrunner, Groovy), and API integrations.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments is a plus.
• Jira certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Jira Administration & Configuration: maintain and optimize Jira/JSM workflows, fields, screens, and schemes.
• Service Management & ITSM Support: support ITSM processes, incident/request workflows, and SLAs.
• Integration & Automation: connect Jira with Confluence, Slack, monitoring tools, and implement automations.
• Reporting & Analytics: design dashboards and reports to improve IT service delivery.
• User Training & Support: train users and provide ongoing support.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced JIRA Administrator with a strong focus on Jira Service Management (JSM) to support and enhance our IT service management (ITSM) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, and optimizing JIRAService Management to improve workflows, automation, and reporting for IT support and business teams.

Technical Knowledge and Understanding:

• Knowledge of JIRA Insight Asset Management and its application in IT asset tracking.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Familiarity with Atlassian Access and user identity management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a JIRA Administrator, with a strong focus on JIRA Service Management.
