Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is seeking experienced registered nurses to join our flexible PRN and contract nursing team in Maryland. This role places you within the Johns Hopkins Health System and affiliate hospitals, delivering high‑quality care across IMC/PCU units while collaborating with physicians, nurses and allied health professionals.

Must have a Maryland (or compact state) RN license and current BLS; ACLS preferred. Two years of IMC/PCU experience is required.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license in the state of Maryland, or licensed in a compact state.
• Current BLS required, ACLS preferred certifications.
• 2 years of recent IMC/PCU experience.

Responsabilités

• Facilitating and coordinating care by providing evidence-based care based on the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Health System.
• Providing direction to/management of other team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.
• Working collaboratively with, and providing leadership for, a multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives that support quality, safety, and excellence in care.
• Participating in promoting improvement initiatives (clinical, financial, operational) that supports, protects and promotes area of specialty.
• Implementing initiatives in area of specialty as directed by nursing and medical leadership.
• Fostering a clinical environment of service excellence.

Formation

Registered Nurse License (Maryland or compact state)

BLS Certification

ACLS Certification Preferred

PRN: $55/hr.

Contract: Up to $65/hr. (PM & rotating shifts available)
