Job summary

Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our night shift team at Johns Hopkins Health System. You will provide evidence-based nursing care across the PCU/IMC, following hospital policies and multidisciplinary collaboration.

The role emphasizes leadership of an allied health team, quality and safety initiatives, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Maryland RN license and BLS are required, plus 2 years of PCU/IMC experience.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license in Maryland or a compact state.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• 2 years of recent PCU/IMC experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating and coordinating care by providing evidence-based nursing care per the nursing process, policies, procedures, and Johns Hopkins Health System protocols.
• Providing direction to/management of other team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives that promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.
• Participating in improvement initiatives (clinical, financial, operational) that support the area of specialty.
• Implementing initiatives in the area of specialty as directed by nursing and medical leadership.
• Fostering a clinical environment of service excellence.

$65/hr

• Facilitating and coordinating care by providing evidence-based care based on the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Health System.

Must Have
