Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited, a Kay Jewelers retailer, is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory, and mentor a team.

As District reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager will coach staff, promote a People First culture, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with mall colleagues to deliver an outstanding jewelry shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Education required: minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• Experience: at least 3 years of retail sales experience or 2 years plus 1 year of management; jewelry experience preferred.
• DCA certification preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a single store to achieve all sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team member growth.
• Through personal selling, leadership and coaching, create a People First store environment that promotes diversity and inclusion and delivers a best-in-class customer experience.
• Coach and develop store staff to understand brand image and ensure consistent representation in customer interactions and store visuals.
