Qualifications

• Education: 2 years of college preferred.
• Retail experience: 3+ years, or 2 years with 1 year of management.
• Diamond Council of America certification is a plus.
• Advanced communication and MS Office proficiency are required.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and scheduling skills are essential.
• Ability to lead staff training and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to meet sales, profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
• Coach and develop team members to foster growth and a People First environment.
• Ensure consistent brand representation, store visuals and marketing execution.
• Oversee inventory control, scheduling, and performance metrics.
