The role emphasizes People First leadership, coaching, and development to foster lifetime customer relationships and strong brand representation.

The Store Manager will manage scheduling, performance, and store operations, ensuring adherence to corporate plans and a high-quality customer experience across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail sales experience, or 2 years retail sales experience plus a minimum of 1-year retail management experience.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred.
• Jewelry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive inventory control and brand representation while coaching team members.
