Qualifications

• Education: minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• Retail sales experience: at least 3 years, or 2 years plus 1 year of management experience.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to hit sales, profitability, and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Direct and coach team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Drive people development, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain brand representation and store visuals aligned with corporate initiatives.
• Monitor inventory control and shrink reduction; ensure accurate records and reporting.
• Schedule staff and manage openings/closures to optimize coverage.
