Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited, operating Kay Jewelers, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store’s daily operations and drive sales, profitability, and a superior customer experience. You will coach staff, control inventory, and ensure brand representation while fostering a People First environment.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will develop talent, manage schedules, and execute corporate plans to maximize store results and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• Experience: 3 years of retail sales experience OR 2 years of retail sales plus 1 year of management experience.
• Certification: DCA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to meet sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain brand representation.
• Manage work schedule, staffing, and training to ensure store performance.
