Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks/projects.
• DCA courses completed within a year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and encourage excellent service.
• Maintain profitability through sales, shrink, and expense control.
• Achieve personal sales targets and convert moments into memorable jewelry experiences.
• Support training and onboarding of new sales professionals.
• Meet targets driving sales metrics like credit apps and protection plans.
• Foster long-term client relationships and clienteling.
• Coordinate operational functions and merchandising per plans.
• Advise customers on quality, cuts, value, and setting choices.
• Provide product knowledge and benefits to customers.
• Estimate repairs and inspect/clean jewelry.
• Perform watch battery replacements and band adjustments.
• Suggest designs for custom jewelry.
• Follow receiving and processing procedures and manage stock levels.
• Participate in inventory processes and time/attendance processing.
• Develop staff schedules and cover shifts including holidays.
