Job summary

Fred Meyer Jewelers in Bend, OR seeks an assistant store manager to lead the team when the store manager is away, maximize store performance, and drive growth and sales targets. You will mentor sales staff, oversee daily operations, and uphold the company values in customer interactions both in-store and online.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Fred Meyer experience and 1 year jewelry sales experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.
• Ability to pass drug test and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and drive excellent customer service.
• Maintain profitability through sales and proper shrink/expense control.
• Achieve personal sales targets and participate in inventory and staffing tasks.
• Train and develop sales professionals; support onboarding and scheduling.
• Foster clienteling and emotional connections with customers.
