Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain profitability through sales and proper shrink and expense control
• Achieve personal sales targets by turning moments into a fine jewelry experience
• Support store manager in training and development of sales professionals; onboarding of new team members
• Achieve personal targets that drive sales (e.g., credit applications, protection plans)
• Foster lifelong emotional connections with customers by clienteling
• Coordinate operations functions and merchandise presentation per corporate plans
• Advise customers on quality, cuts, and value of jewelry; assist in selecting mountings
• Provide product knowledge and benefits to customers
• Estimate repairs and inspect/clean jewelry
• Perform watch battery replacements and band adjustments
• Suggest designs for custom jewelry
• Handle receiving/processing and inventory accuracy
• Maintain scheduling and time/attendance; assist with and process time and attendance
• Travel to other store locations for back-up coverage
