Qualifications

• Sales, retail and/or jewelry experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Committed to excellence and growth, with a refreshing shopping experience.
• 18+ years of age and able to pass a drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in operations.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and coach others to deliver excellent service.
• Achieve personal sales targets (e.g., credit applications and protection plan attachments).
• Promote Diamond Parties and events with customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to reach store goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Clientele and build life-long customer relationships.
• Provide product knowledge and help customers select mounts/settings.
• Operate POS and handle payments or credit authorizations.
• Inspect and clean jewelry, provide repair estimates, and assist with basic maintenance.
