Job summary

Fred Meyer Jewelers is seeking friendly, driven sales professionals who can deliver a memorable fine jewelry experience. You will engage customers, explain product features, and help select mounts and settings while aiming to meet personal sales targets.

Work with teammates to hit store goals, attend monthly meetings, and manage POS transactions. Prior jewelry or retail experience is preferred; must be 18+ and able to pass a drug test.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Model customer-first behavior and deliver excellent service.
• Achieve personal sales targets and promote protection plans.
• Engage customers with Diamond Parties and events.
• Collaborate with teammates to reach store goals and foster team performance.
• Build client relationships and perform clienteling.
• Provide product knowledge and assist in selecting mounts and settings.
• Present merchandise and maintain POS operations.
• Attend monthly meetings and follow company procedures.
• Inspect jewelry, provide repair estimates, and perform minor adjustments.
• Display merchandise per merchandising plans and maintain a clean selling floor.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention compliance and support inventory counts.
