This role emphasizes teamwork, personal targets, product knowledge, and executing store standards. Training will cover sales techniques, jewelry knowledge, and customer care to create memorable experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Commitment to excellence and desire to grow.
• Goal oriented and sales driven.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Accuracy/attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver excellent customer service and encourage others to do the same.
• Achieve personal sales targets and drive store performance.
• Promote Diamond Parties and special events with every customer.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and create a positive work environment.
• Build client connections and provide personalized jewelry recommendations.
• Provide knowledge on quality, cuts, and value of jewelry and help select mounts and settings.
• Attend required monthly meetings and participate in inventories.
• Operate POS and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Inspect and clean customer jewelry and assist with repairs estimates.
• Follow receiving and processing procedures and maintain merchandising standards.
• Display merchandise and promotional materials per corporate plans.
• Maintain safety and security by following Loss Prevention policies.
• Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
