Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model customer-first behavior and deliver excellent service.
• Achieve personal sales targets and drive credit applications and protection plan attachments.
• Promote store events and promotions with every customer.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and foster a positive atmosphere.
• Engage customers to build lifetime relationships through clienteling.
• Provide product knowledge and guide customers on jewelry features, cuts, and values.
• Assist in mounting selections and settings for gems.
• Attend monthly meetings and operate the POS system to process payments.
