Job summary

Fred Meyer Jewelers is seeking a friendly, dynamic sales professional to deliver a memorable jewelry shopping experience. You will engage customers, present merchandise, and help select rings and settings while meeting personal sales targets.

Training on sales techniques and product knowledge is provided, with a focus on excellent customer service and team collaboration. This role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, and opportunities for growth within The Kroger Family of Companies.

Qualifications

• Sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• High school diploma or GED; commitment to excellence and growth.
• Goal oriented with sales drive; capable of a refreshing shopping experience.
• Must be 18+ and pass drug test; maintain confidentiality; accuracy/attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and model Customer 1st behavior.
• Achieve personal sales targets and promote protection plans.
• Present merchandise with product knowledge and explain features/benefits.
• Assist customers in selecting rings, mounts, and gem settings.
• Operate POS, process payments, and handle credit authorizations.
