Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer-focused, with a desire to grow and provide a refreshing shopping experience.
• Goal oriented and sales driven with a passion to succeed.
• Minimum 18 years of age and able to pass a drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve personal sales targets and promote protection plans.
• Promote Diamond Parties and special events with every customer.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and create a positive atmosphere.
• Engage clients through clienteling and build lasting relationships.
• Provide product knowledge and explain features and benefits.
• Assist customers with mounting, gems, and jewelry selection.
• Attend monthly meetings and operate the POS to process payments.
• Inspect and clean jewelry and provide estimates for repairs.
• Follow receiving, merchandising, and store procedures; maintain cleanliness.
