Helzberg Diamonds is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in McLean, VA to meet personal sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service. You will present features, close sales, and participate in store operations with a focus on clienteling and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of jewelry retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior commission-based sales experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or jewelry sales.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience selling in a commission environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate sales to meet or exceed personal sales goals.
• Explain features and benefits to increase sales, including warranties.
• Build business through clienteling and personal relationships.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations using training.
• Work as part of a team to close additional sales and overcome objections.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every Helzberg Diamonds guest.
• Participate in store operations, merchandising, displays and maintenance.
