Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Specialized Operations Associate to manage the General Office and daily Jewelry Department operations in Florida. Responsibilities include opening the store, handling cash deposits, and generating reports while ensuring compliance with company standards.

You will support jewelry receiving, processing, transfers, and price changes, and assist with trunk shows and special orders. Strong computer skills and a team-oriented, detail-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or jewelry operations preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use standard office software.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open the store: safe, controller, registers and reporting.
• Maintain daily cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation.
• Resolve customer issues and process bills and shipments.
• Handle jewelry operations: receipt, verification, and booking of jewelry per standards.
• Process fulfillment orders and support audits and inventory control.
