Job summary

Ring Concierge is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant for a temporary, full-time role at our Midtown Manhattan office through the end of 2026. Expect data entry, PO processing, and basic QC support during peak sales periods.

You will help secure deliveries, manage vendor pickups, and provide general admin support in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in operations or logistics, exceptional organization, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with top tier attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and orders.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
• Support basic quality control checks to ensure product standards.
• Secure deliveries and promptly pick up orders from vendors as needed.
• Perform general office duties and provide administrative support as required.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned to support overall business needs.
