Fourth Floor in New York City seeks an experienced Senior Jewelry Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our New York office. The role focuses on inventory control, repairs, and wholesale accounts, reporting to the owner with a high standard of accuracy and accountability.

Candidates should have 5+ years in fine jewelry or jewelry wholesale, with substantial inventory experience and proficiency in RightClick.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in fine jewelry, jewelry wholesale or jewelry operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Manage jewelry inventory using RightClick and SugarSync.
• Prepare and maintain memos, invoices, billings, returns and related records.
• Manage repairs from receipt through completion and return.
• Coordinate merchandise transfers and requests from retail accounts.
• Communicate with retail accounts and private clients together with the owner.
• Store visits and occasional trunk shows as needed.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records.
• Track outstanding repairs, shipments, returns and projects and ensure timely follow-up.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and review transactions for accuracy.
• Maintain office expense records and reporting.
• Coordinate merchandise photography and seasonal trunk-show support.
• Help supervise and review the work of junior office staff and interns.
• Provide clear daily updates on priorities and outstanding issues.
