Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to process items for sale, accurately valuing items and assisting in pulling inventory for shipping. The role requires excellent customer service, strong English, and basic office skills.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong internet navigation skills.
Ability to read and write English proficiently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Processes items to be listed for sale and determines their value or collectible interest.
Assists in pulling items for shipping by selecting from daily pick lists.
Maintains inventory and orderliness of the shipping area and inventory.
Keeps work area clean and safe, follows safety rules and regulations.
