Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is hiring a Warehouse Associate to process items for sale, assess value, and support the shipping team. You will pull items from daily picks, meet production goals, and safeguard GCNA property while following safety rules.

Strong communication and computer skills are required. The role operates on-site in Phoenix with a comprehensive Total Rewards package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service with effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong internet navigation skills.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process items to be listed for sale and determine value or collectible interest.
• Assist in pulling items for shipping by selecting from the daily pick list.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals and maintain accurate inventory.
• Safeguard GCNA property and report any theft or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and collaborate with team members.
