Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring for a picker/processor who will determine value for listed items and assist in pulling inventory for shipping. You will help maintain jewelry stock, move items with a pallet jack, and ensure the packing area stays stocked and organized.

This role requires strong customer service, English proficiency, and basic MS Office skills. You will work on-site with a team focused on community impact and standardized safety procedures.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong internet navigation skills.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Processes items to be listed for sale by accurately determining their value.
• Assists in pulling items for the shipping department from daily pick list.
• Meets or exceeds daily production goals.
• Safeguards GCNA property and reports suspicious activity.
• Communicates with Manager or Assistant Manager on issues requiring solutions.
• Advises supervisor of significant problems and communicates needs with team.
• Maintains inventory of jewelry for shipment.
• Moves containers of collectibles using pallet jack when required.
• Unloads collectibles and places them in appropriate areas.
• Handles fragile items with care to avoid damage.
• Keeps shipping area stocked with packing items.
• Maintains knowledge of products and keeps work area clean and safe.
• Maintains regular in-person attendance.
• Models Goodwill Core Values: Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, Innovation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Description

Processes items to be listed for sale by accurately determining their value or collectible interest. Assists in pulling items for shipping department by picking items from daily pick list for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds daily production goals.
• Safeguards all GCNA property including donated goods. Reports any suspicious behavior, incidents of theft or unauthorized possession/removal of GCNA property.
• Communicates with Manager or Assistant Manager on issues that require solutions beyond the standard protocol.
• Immediately advises supervisor of significant and unexpected problems. Communicates needs with other Team Members.
• Builds and maintains effective quality working relationships with internal customers. Promotes and demonstrates teamwork and cooperation.
• Maintains inventory of jewelry on hand for shipment.
• Moves containers of collectibles using pallet jack when required. Unloads collectibles from containers and places on the shelves or in appropriate staging area.
• Handles fragile items with care to avoid damage or breakage.
• Keeps shipping area stocked with boxes and other packing items.
• Retains high degree of product knowledge.
• Maintains work area in a safe, clean, and orderly fashion. Cleans work area at the end of each day, following safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.

• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills, with effective written and verbal communication
• Strong internet navigation skills
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
