Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring for a position at our Phoenix location. The role involves processing and moving donated merchandise in preparation for sale, with duties on the sales floor, receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Meets minimum quota set for assigned department.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Assists customers on sales floor with questions or concerns.
• Receives and processes merchandise.
• Stocks merchandise as needed on sales floor.
• Maintains a clean work environment and organized workstation.
• Follows safety rules and uses appropriate safety equipment.
• Cross-trained to work as Retail Sales Associate or Forklift Operator.
