Qualifications

• Demonstrative ability to use oral and written communication effectively.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize duties and complete work assignments in a timely manner.
• Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office and Team Unify experience preferred.
• Ability to perform general accounting functions.
• Good interpersonal skills with adults and students.
• Current USA Swimming coaching certification, lifeguard certification; or the ability to obtain these certifications within six months.
• Satisfy all district requirements regarding physical health and citizenship.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Program Goal

This position supports the Swim Program's Club Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator through administrative operations, coaching responsibilities, and overall program support within the Aquatic Center to ensure efficient facility operations and program success.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Coaching swim club athletes:
