Job summary

The ideal candidate will lead projects, maintain detailed requirements and tests, and stay current with JDE releases while upholding security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards, with manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
• Understanding of how JDE integrates with broader tech environment (config, customization, integrations).
• Analytical problem-solving to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience planning, managing, and delivering projects with scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Strong communication across global teams and with multiple functions.
• Ability to build credible relationships with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Leadership, and vendors.
• Self-starter who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs, and translate them into actionable solutions with documentation and acceptance criteria.
• Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, planning, and supply chain processes in relation to JDE.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive adoption, and measure results with KPIs.
• Design practical JDE solutions with the ERP development team to address business needs.
• Provide hands-on support and training to ensure successful JD Edwards adoption.
• Lead JDE projects from requirements through implementation, keeping scope and timelines on track.
• Maintain documentation and data quality for JD Edwards across processes.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases and industry best practices.
• Support security, regulatory compliance, change management, and outage tracking.
• Collaborate across Global IS, Operations, and Supply Chain to align technology with business priorities.
• Deliver measurable business impact through system enhancements.
