Candidates should have 3+ years JD Edwards experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently across Shelby Township or Westland, MI with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with JD Edwards as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards, with manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
• Understanding of how JD Edwards fits in the broader technology environment (config, customization, integrations).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects with scope, timelines, and priorities on track.
• Strong communicator able to work with a global team across functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions; document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop a strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes and how JD Edwards supports them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and measure KPI impact.
• Design JD Edwards solutions with ERP development team to address business needs and company objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and training to users and drive adoption of JD Edwards enhancements.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Maintain documentation and data quality for JD Edwards; stay current with JD Edwards releases and best practices.
• Ensure JD Edwards security, regulatory compliance, and change management; collaborate across teams to align priorities.
• Deliver business impact by enabling growth, improving customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
