United Future is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with JD Edwards solutions. You will work with stakeholders to document requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria, while driving process improvements across manufacturing and distribution functions.

A strong candidate possesses JD Edwards expertise, ERP project experience, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a global organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards, with manufacturing and/or distribution modules experience.
• Understand how JDE works with the broader technology environment (config, customizations, integrations).
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects with scope, timelines, and priorities on track.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities; document requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes to support JDE.
• Identify process-improvement opportunities and measure results with KPIs.
• Design practical JDE solutions with the ERP development team to meet business goals.
