Job summary
Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst to work with business stakeholders to translate needs into JD Edwards solutions.
You will document requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria while collaborating with ERP developers to design practical improvements for manufacturing and distribution processes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of JD Edwards experience, strong listening and communication skills, and a track record of delivering high‑quality system
Qualifications
- 3+ years as ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar with JD Edwards.
- Strong knowledge of JD Edwards manufacturing/distribution modules.
- Experience documenting requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs and convert to actionable solutions.
- Understand manufacturing, distribution, inventory, planning, and supply chain processes and how JDE supports them.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, system utilization, and KPIs.
- Design JDE solutions with ERP team to meet business objectives.
- Provide hands-on support and training to drive adoption of new functionality.
