Job summary

Syncadd Systems, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to provide on-site leadership for the JBLM ePRISMS and Real Property Data Accountability program.

The PM will coordinate facility surveys, GIS data, and related data maintenance while ensuring schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role requires evidence-based management of multidisciplinary teams, effective communication with DPW and government stakeholders, and strict adherence to security and administrative requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects or programs with responsibility for personnel, schedules, deliverables, quality, and customer coordination.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on site and obtain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management, leadership, and coordination of all contract activities and personnel supporting the JBLM program.
• Serve as the primary management point of contact for day‑to‑day contract performance.
• Plan, organize, assign, and monitor work across facility survey, ePRISMS, real property, GFEBS, CAD, GIS, data analysis, and data entry activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, priorities, staffing plans, work assignments, production targets, and internal milestones necessary to meet contract requirements.
• Lead coordination among technical team members to ensure findings and data are reconciled and delivered.
