Qualifications

• 4+ years in construction with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Experience managing multiple projects, subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to produce detailed fixed-price estimates using price books.

Responsibilities

• Project management: create/manage budgets; coordinate with team and clients; ensure contract requirements and closeout tasks.
• Estimating: prepare estimates from specs, conduct quantity take-offs, input line items in pricing tools.
• Subcontractor management: solicit proposals, evaluate compliance, negotiate, coordinate buyout.
• Scheduling: develop and maintain project schedules with superintendents.
• Business development: engage customers to explore framework agreements and growth.
• Safety: enforce HSEQ guidelines and OSHA/contract requirements.
• Travel between project sites; work may be in offices and on site.
• Physical demands: typical job duties require walking, lifting up to 25 lbs.
