Job summary

Fourways Consulting LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking ten Java + SRE engineers for immediate contract openings on a hybrid model. You will architect, support, and optimize high-throughput Java microservices, SRE processes, and GenAI-assisted development for enterprise platforms.

Candidates should have 5+ years of software engineering experience, open visa eligibility (OPT included), and be comfortable with REST APIs, Spring Boot, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Splunk/Elasticsearch/Kibana, and GenAI coding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive professional software engineering, backend development, and SRE experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in production support, incident management, RCA, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Elasticsearch, and Kibana for observability.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux administration.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools, LLMs, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted coding workflows.
• Open visa eligibility including OPT and US work authorization for C2C in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy Java/J2EE applications and RESTful microservices with Spring Boot.
• Lead SRE initiatives, production support, incident triage, and RCA across distributed systems.
• Configure and maintain observability stack (Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kibana).
• Manage containerized deployments, cluster orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Incorporate GenAI models and AI coding tools into daily development workflows.
• Optimize performance, memory, latency, and high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints.
• Document architecture, runbooks, and incident resolution logs.
