Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Lead Java Full Stack Developer with GenAI experience for a 12-month contract in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on building scalable full-stack applications and microservices with REST APIs in Java Spring Boot and front-end in React or Angular in a hybrid onsite/offsite setup.

The ideal candidate will work with SQL/NoSQL databases, Azure and OpenShift, and implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and IaC tooling (Terraform, Ansible).

Qualifications

• Experience in Java full-stack development and microservices architecture.
• Expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with React or Angular.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Cloud platforms such as Azure and OpenShift (OCP).
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for messaging/streaming.
• Familiarity with Git and IaC tooling (Terraform, Ansible).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and microservices.
• Build, enhance, and support RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop modern UIs using React or Angular.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support enterprise apps.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions on Azure and OpenShift.
• Containerize and orchestrate with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Leverage GenAI tools to enhance functionality and productivity.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support.
