Qualifications

• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with one or more OOP languages including Java, C++, C#, Kotlin, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and production-ready backend applications and services.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services using modern software engineering practices.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases and SQL.
• Apply OOP, data structures, algorithms and software engineering principles.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, debugging and performance optimization.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams throughout the SDLC.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
• Support production deployment, monitoring/observability, CI/CD, security and performance.
• Transition to Java-based enterprise backend development.
• Develop AI-powered features and applications using Generative AI technologies.
• Implement RAG pipelines and LLM-powered applications.
• Integrate AI models into backend applications and APIs.
• Work with Spring AI and LangChain4j and vector databases.
