Job summary

This role focuses on backend software development and Generative AI integration, with Java as the primary backend environment. Candidates with experience in Java, C++, C#, Kotlin, or other OO languages are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with one or more OOP languages including Java, C++, C#, Kotlin, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and production-ready backend applications and services.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services using modern software engineering practices.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL-based data management.
• Apply object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles to solve technical problems.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and deployment procedures.
• Support production deployment, monitoring/observability, CI/CD, security, and performance optimization.
• Transition and apply existing programming experience to Java-based enterprise backend development.
• Stay current with Generative AI and LLM technologies.
