Job summary

BeaconFire Inc. is seeking motivated Software Engineers for backend development and Generative AI integration. Java is the primary backend environment, with encouragement for candidates familiar with Java, C++, C#, Kotlin or other OO languages.

The role emphasizes scalable backend systems, REST APIs, and integration of AI features using Spring AI and LangChain4j, plus RAG and LLM concepts over relational and NoSQL data stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.
• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with Java, C++, C#, Kotlin or similar OOP languages.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend applications and services.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services with modern practices.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for data management.
• Apply OOP, data structures and algorithms to solve problems.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to CI/CD.
• Prepare documentation and support deployment and observability.
