Job summary

EY is seeking a FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery Center and lead design, build, test, deploy, and support of technology solutions for clients. The role emphasizes flexible, fast‑paced work with evolving priorities and technology.

The candidate will contribute across the project lifecycle, collaborating with engagement teams, and leveraging modern frameworks and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in technology software development.
• Backend experience with Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Front‑end development with modern frameworks (React, Angular) or responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud-native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS and container deployment.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement teams by analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying distributed software applications.
• Deliver engineering systems with reliability and strong customer experience.
• Communicate progress to client engagement teams and demonstrate technical expertise.
