Job summary

EY is seeking an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager to join the Service Delivery Center. The role involves designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting technology solutions for clients within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include delivering reliable systems, collaborating with client teams, and applying agile methods across the project lifecycle. You should have strong backend/frontend skills and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in technology software development.
• Back-end experience using Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Front-end development with modern frameworks (React, Angular) or responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience building applications/platforms with cloud-native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS and container deployment.
• Experience with modern collaborative development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques.
• Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology.
• Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
• Design and architecture of large, business‑critical systems.

• Support engagement teams by analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying distributed software applications.
• Deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
• Communicate progress to client engagement teams and demonstrate technical expertise.
