Job summary

EY seeks a highly skilled FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager to join its Service Delivery Center. You will design, build, test, deploy and support technology solutions for clients as part of a fast‑paced project team.

You will analyze requirements, develop across the stack, and ensure high reliability while maintaining excellent client experience. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in technology software development.
• Back‑end experience with Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless; cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Front‑end development with modern frameworks (React, Angular) or responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience building applications/platforms with cloud‑native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS and container deployment.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques.
• Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology.
• Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
• Design and architecture of large, business‑critical systems.
