Job summary

EY seeks an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager to join the Service Delivery Center, designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting complex technology solutions for clients. The role demands adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will participate in project teams, leveraging Agile practices, and travel up to 50% to delivery sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in technology software development.
• Back-end experience with Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Front-end development with modern frameworks (React, Angular) or responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS and container deployment.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques.
• Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology.
• Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
• Design and architecture of large, business-critical systems.

• Deliver high-quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
• Communicate progress to client engagement teams and demonstrate technical expertise.
