Job summary

EY seeks an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager to operate from the Service Delivery Center, contributing to design, build, test, deploy, and support of technology solutions for clients. The role is fast-paced, requiring flexibility to manage changing priorities and evolving technology.

The position requires 6+ years of software development experience, strong backend/frontend skills, and proficiency with cloud-native architectures, REST APIs, and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of technology software development experience.
• Backend experience with Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless and cloud platforms.
• Frontend development with React or Angular or responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud-native/Microservices architecture and container deployment.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks; knowledge of TDD/BDD.
• Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology.
• Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
• Design and architecture of large, business‑critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement teams by analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying distributed software applications.
• Deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
