Job summary

EY's FSO Technology is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery Center. You will design, build, test, deploy, and support technology solutions for clients in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving technology.

You will analyze requirements with engagement teams, deliver robust distributed applications, and communicate progress while applying modern DevOps practices and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years in technology software development.
• Back‑end experience with Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless; cloud like AWS or Azure.
• Front‑end development with React/Angular or responsive design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on building apps with cloud‑native/Microservices architecture (IaaS, PaaS, container deployment).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit/integration testing; knowledge of TDD/BDD.
• Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology.
• Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
• Design and architecture of large, business‑critical systems.
